What is it?


It is a tool to add and joint actions to promote health to achieve more goals faster and at lower cost.


Goal


 Establish a mechanism between the public, private and social and the three levels of government, so that in the scope of their authority to develop specific actions for health and public policy support.


 Specific Objectives


 • Articulate the multiplicity of actions already undertaken by the various actors who are daily engaged in improving health 


 • To mobilize new actors that have traditionally adopted a passive attitude towards health. 


 • Achieve compliance sooner the goals outlined in the National Health Sector 2007-2012 and to ensure better health for all Mexicans. 


 • Create a culture of prevention in Mexico with the sum action items.

Guiding axes


 1 .- Ensure universal, resulting in access of all Mexicans living in territory and national health services, paying special attention to children.


 2 .- Prevention and health promotion during the life line, giving special attention to children.


 3 .- Strengthening of infrastructure, for improving and expanding the supply of health services.


 4 .- Quality and warmth in the provision of health services, with the participation of people as users and evaluators of services.


 5 .- Supply of medicines, to ensure the adequacy, quality and timeliness of health care.


 6 .- Relevant health regulatory and dynamic people to ensure that goods, services and products it receives will not create a health risk, for

        which it forwarded to the Ministry of Health proposals they deem appropriate
